VR Villa is a Free to Play VR gaming entity that exists to educated, advocate and promote VR content at events and host fun VR LAN’s from one gamer to another. Try a game or three and come back for more! Become an expert of your favorite virtual domain!

Tournament Info

Rules and regulations on our various tournaments. General Terms:

  • All tournaments are free to enter. Competitors must complete both the VR Villa waiver and the tournament form.
  • Check-ins begin at the listed event start time and continue for 10 minutes. Competitors must be in the VR Villa to check in. Competitors not present 10 minutes after the start will forfeit their spot in the event.
  • Tournament conditions are subject to change at the discretion of tournament managers. All competitors must adhere to the VR Villa code of conduct. By participating in this tournament, you agree to video recording and use of the footage in promotional materials.

Synthriders Tournament

  • The Synthriders Tournament is a weekend long leaderboard event. Players can practice in the F2P area, but can only post up scores in the dedicated Synthriders Stage.
  • Each participant will only be allowed 2 tries per session. Can retry sessions unlimited times as time permits.

Space Pirate Trainer

  • The Space Pirate Trainer Tournament is a weekend long leaderboard event. Players can practice and compete in the F2P area
  • Settings:
    • ARCADE MODE
    • LEVEL ONE START
  • TOP THREE SCORES will only be recorded.
  • Scored must be visually checked by VR Staff at the time of achievement. Please notify staff of your score before moving onward otherwise score will NOT be recorded.

Blaston VR Tournament

  • The USO Blaston Cup 2024 is a bracketed tournament. Competitors play best of 3 matches, with only winners progressing to the next round.
  • Top 4 players will play best of 5 matches.
    • Players will use the following loadout:
      • Raptor
      • Luma
      • Viper
      • Hammer
      • Wildcat
      • Nova

Walkabout Minigolf Tournament

  • The Walkabout Mini Golf Tournament is a score-based event. Players will compete in pairs across multiple rounds of play, with each round eliminating more players.
  • Qualifiers (Day 1 & 2 before tournament start)
    • Round 1: Tourist Trap, First 9. Players with scores below the median (rounded down) will be eliminated.
  • Tournament (Sun 1pm)
    • Round 2: Tourist Trap, Back 9. Top 4 players will advance.
    • Finals: Players will vote on which course to play. Player with the highest score wins.

Laser Limbo Tournament

  • Possible 1v1 or 3v3 team based Mixed Reality arena shooter.
    • If in the event technical challenges occur, this event will be turned into a simplified 1v1 bracket.
    • If 3v3 is available, 16 teams max will be supported.
  • Single elimination bracket. First to 10 kills/wins will advance.
  • NO SPAWN CAMPING
    • Players are allowed to roam around the entire arena, but should not advance past the players spawn walled area.
